		<description>Its not instant to your email... it can up to a 10 minute delay. Atleast with my carrier, and from what I seen online its not just me.</description>

		<description>When you set up your email via BIS, did you let it auto-detect?  If it auto-detects, it defaults to pop3.  If you leave the password blank and choose to enter the info manually, you can then set it up as IMAP and it will two-way sync (including read and deleted items).</description>

		<description>I am using Googles blackberry app and it works fine. Pushes out to the device wihtout a problem and marks as read in both places once I read @ either place.</description>
