While on work travel, I had a free weekend to do some site seeing and after visiting Carcassonne, I continued my journey to the coastal town called Sete, located on the Mediterranean Sea. I had nothing specific to see or do other then to explore the world.
I stopped and visited a beach area and dripped my toes into the water. I didn’t have a swim suit, but went for a walk along the beach.

I managed to get a nice panoramic photo here:

After my beach visit, I drove into town, found some parking and set off to walk along the coastal line here as well. This was more of a port area and had boats and sail boats all located in the habor

I was in the mood for a mid afternoon snack, I went to a local shop and got an ice cream sundae, after I fumbled through the language barrier (I don’t know any French, other then yes, no, and thank you).

That wraps up my weekend touring. If I make it back to France, I definitely would like to visit again, soak in more of the environment and culture of this location. Salut!
