Looking for the OPNsense default password? Here’s the default username and installer login info to help you get started fast. In my last post about building your own OPNsense router and firewall, I mentioned that the installation process is fairly straightforward, especially if you’ve worked with open-source networking tools before. One common hiccup, though, is figuring out the default login credentials when you first sign in.
OPNsense Default Username and Password
When on the web Interface (default IP: 192.168.1.1)
- Username: root
- Password : opnsense
