I recently posted my first retro-gaming article on my top 10 favorite SNES games and excited to dive into more retro content. Growing up I had a NES and SNES and then jumped to the Playstation 1, so I missed out on the N64 generation. Just recently when my wife asked what I wanted for my birthday, I told her a N64. Well she was amazing and managed to find one on Ebay with six games. The console looks to be in very good shape and all the games worked.

I didn’t get a chance to play any of them in depth because I need to get some wireless controllers first and plan on adding a video upscaler to improve the video quality. I was surprised at how terrible some of the video quality was, so I am hoping the upscaler helps with that, otherwise I might look into mods down the road as well.
I did purchase Super Mario 64 off of Ebay as well knowing its a popular must have game, however if you have additional recommendations of N64 games that stand the test of time or are great two player games, please let me know. Once I get the upscaler and wireless controllers I will post some future content related to N64.
